Bring along your baby or child and join our wonderful group of like minded mums. Build confidence and socialise with other mums in the area while having a laugh. Our specialised classes are suitable for during and after pregnacy. I hope to help you feel your best both physically and emotionally. Our Mums + Bubs classes may include a Nanny to help keep the little ones happy while you are working out. As a mum of three, I know first hand the changes you're body is going through. Focusing on regaining strength and fitness in a safe and effective way, I ensure you receive a whole body workout and have some fun doing it!
MUMS + BUBS TRAINING
A specific exercise program based on your goals that includes an individual fitness assessment, measurements and nutritional advice. I will be there to motivate you at training and on your days off, keeping you on track. Your sessions may be at the park or at our home gym.
Effective, challenging and fun full body workouts. My group training sessions add variety to our workouts to keep you wanting more. Targeting large muscle groups with heart pumping exercises for strength, fitness gains, muscle building and fat loss. Our classes are catered to all fitness levels and i will be there to motivate you to work hard throughout the session. Our class is a great group of like minded locals ready to reach their goals, improve fitness levels and have a laugh.

I have been in the fitness industry for 13 years now and have seen the fads come and go! I'm here to make your health and fitness become a lifestyle you are proud of.
